amazing stay near vatican!
great location helpful staff powerful air conditioning
wow. the location was superb, so close to vatican city! the staff was amazing, always ready to help with a smile. i also really appreciated the powerful air conditioning, a lifesaver during the hot days. the mini fridge in the room was also so useful for keeping drinks cool. i really enjoyed that
one small issue was the limited storage space in the room. i would've loved a bigger wardrobe or more drawers!

The hotel's proximity to the vatican museums is fantastic. It is just a short walk away. metro station is within a 7 minute walk from the hotel. This provides great access to the city! plenty of shops and restaurants are in the area.

The air conditioning is powerful, it makes the room comfortable even during the hottest days. there is a mini fridge available in every room, you can use this fridge to keep your drinks cool. That is useful!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offered great recommendations and assistance. they were quick to respond to any questions or requests i had, and that improved my stay so much. I appreciate this.

mixed feelings about my stay
unclean room uncomfortable bed
the location was acceptable, close to the vatican museum.
The room was not clean, specifically behind the tv. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in at least a year. the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows seemed old. breakfast offered very few options, disappointing.

excellent location short walk grocery stores
The location was excellent. It was near the Vatican Museum. I found getting around on foot or by taxi easy. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores were within a short walk (about 5 minutes).
The shower stall was a little small. It had only a plastic curtain instead of a proper enclosure.

Excellent Service near Vatican
helpful staff clean room convenient location
I appreciated the reception staff. Marcos and Guido were professional. They were friendly and helpful with all requests. The housekeepers, Dalia and Alina, maintained a clean room daily. I found the location convenient for walking and taxis.

Fantastic Location and Helpful Staff
friendly staff excellent location reasonable price
I found the hotel staff friendly. They were helpful . The location is close to the Vatican Museum. The reasonable price for a central location was a bonus. I also appreciated the well-insulated windows that blocked street noise (a great feature).
